Essential Crisis Management

This facilitator-led course is designed for teams of up to 10 people. It covers all you need to know to enable participants to fulfil their role in a Crisis Management Team with confidence.

The course is engaging and highly interactive. As well as a discussion of relevant case studies, participants will need to work together to deal with simulated crisis situations from outside their own industries - enabling them to focus on gaining a good understanding of the principles of sound crisis management.
