Online Crisis Training Using Crisis Stream.
Crisis Stream is a totally new way of training and practicing crisis management and resilience in your organisation. Teams of up to 20 people gather together on an online call (Zoom, Bluejeans or whatever you use) and begin streaming the simulated crisis at a time they choose. The Crisis Stream provides engaging simulated content depicting a crisis at a fictitious organisation.
The team has to deal with the crisis under time pressure, assimilating information, making decisions and issuing communications. The team will need a Chairperson and a record keeper to facilitate the discussions, and then one person enters the team’s choices into the Crisis Stream as the scenario moves on. A virtual facilitator ensures that the team follows a structured crisis response process.
