We believe that an event should be designed to achieve a positive outcome for the participants and for the organisation. Therefore we recommend a programme of events that builds knowledge and skills, then allows people to rehearse those skills, before they are presented with the challenging requirements of a full simulation. In this way participants are prepared for each successive event and approach it with the skills and tools required, rather than being set up to fail.
