Over the years we have been awarded a number of contracts to design and deliver major national simulation exercises for government departments and agencies.
Construction
We have experience of bringing resilience to some of the largest construction projects in the world, including working with multi-million dollar drilling and extraction organisations. Another recent client is a major road builder throughout the world and yet another client provides construction materials to many of the world’s significant building projects.
Emergency Services
For a number of years Crisis Solutions has run training courses for one of the blue light services in the UK, training hundreds of their people to respond to media during a crisis.
Energy, Oil and Gas
We count a number of oil and gas clients amongst our portfolio and these have recently been joined by a global leader in mineral extraction and smelting.
We worked with 26 European electricity providers to help increase crisis resilience in the European energy supply infrastructure and on the creation of an integrated crisis information-sharing platform. Crisis Solutions also advises a leading provider of support services for the power generation industry.

We have advised a leading entertainment company whilst they were going through a large-scale reputational issue.
Financial Infrastructure
We also work with financial infrastructure providers throughout Europe such as exchanges and clearing houses, often simulating major disruption to movement of money, equities and derivatives around the world.
Financial Regulators
We designed and delivered the scenario for the UK Financial Services Authority’s 2005 market-wide exercise and a similar exercise for the Singapore financial authorities in 2006.
Food and drink producers
During the last few years Crisis Solutions have provided crisis services within scores of food production companies and drinks providers - some being brand names, others producing “own label” products for leading supermarkets.
Haulage
Several of our clients are haulage contractors based both in the UK and overseas. We have helped build resilience in the supply chain to Europe’s food and fuel providers.
Hotel Chains
One of the largest hotel chains in the world is engaged in a programme of crisis training and exercising events to ensure it can respond quickly to critical events affecting its hotels around the world.

Investment Banking
Crisis Solutions has extensive knowledge of the particular threats and challenges facing investment banks, having worked with four of the top ten global banks in this sector. For over six years now we have worked with one of the world leaders in investment banking, fixed income and equities delivering a series of global exercises, including one for hundreds of participants encompassing six countries in four time zones.

Two major mobile telecoms providers are clients of ours. In this highly-competitive area, Crisis Solutions have designed a number of exercises to simulate the impacts of a major crisis.
Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare product providers
We have simulated the impact of a human flu pandemic on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company and a brand-name producer of tissues and personal care products.
Property Management
This client, one of the world’s leading property management companies has been running crisis exercises to ensure it can react quickly act to any attack on its reputation.
Retail
A number of retail organisations use Crisis Solutions to test the resilience of their organisations, particularly around their supply chain and addressing product recall issues.
Retail Banking
Three of the big five banks in the UK retain Crisis Solutions as providers of crisis readiness programmes, including training, rehearsal and crisis simulation events for their operations around the world.
Supermarkets
Not only do we run regular crisis exercises for one of the UK’s leading supermarket chains, they also asked us to run crisis workshops for their 30 critical suppliers. Also, another two major supermarket groups have recently begun to use Crisis Solutions to run a series of training and rehearsal events throughout their organisations.
