Almost every organisation can
expect considerable media interest during a serious incident.
It is important to be prepared to respond quickly and
effectively. Crisis Solutions can help with this
preparation.

Jim Preen
is part of the crisis
media team at Crisis Solutions.
He is responsible for all the
media input during simulations where he acts as a journalist
challenging the participants and demanding interviews. Prior to
the event, he scripts and films the news bulletins that add such
reality to a Crisis Solutions crisis simulation.
As a journalist Jim has seen quite a bit of the world, mostly
working for the American network ABC News.

Simulated
news clips “to camera”, especially with one of your buildings in
the background, is a particularly effective way to engage people
during a crisis exercise. TV-news journalist
Charlotte Hume has joined the Crisis Solutions team to bolster
our ability in this important area. Charlotte has worked
in network television for 17 years as a correspondent and
presenter both with Independent Television News and the BBC.
